Living and working more sustainably is the key to a better future for everyone.

We all know that we should follow sustainable practices: we rely on natural resources at home, at work, at play, and ignoring their finite nature is not an option.

K2 Energy Group, like most proactive businesses, is deeply entwined with environmental, social and governance (ESG) concerns.

Whilst we recognise the ESG challenges of working in the Energy industry, we strive to provide sustainable services combined with strong environmental, social and governance performance.

This commitment informs every aspect of our business, including how we complete new projects and collaborate with stakeholders throughout our supply chain ecosystem.

Environmental

Working in partnership with an international offset partner, we are committed to offset 100% of the carbon footprint generated by our activities (Scope 1 and 2).
We minimise our impact on the environment by carefully choosing chemicals that have a reduce impact on the environment.
We utilise software and digital innovation to minimise journeys and equipment movements.
We are audited and held accountable by some of the biggest organisations within our industry.

Social

K2 is committed to working with our chosen charity and have adopted the Methodist Welfare Services, Youth at Risk programme, as our adopted impact area. In addition, to contributing regularly K2 employees have committed some of their time to support local volunteering community projects.
We have implemented an employee assistance programme (EAP) to provide access to mental health support through our association with Mindfit Singapore

Governance

Our values and business principles encourage honest and direct communication to resolve issues and concerns through expeditious methods of reporting suspected compliance violations, unlawful or unethical behaviour, or fraud. We have strict policies to protect against unlawful discrimination and harassment.
